I took my mother in for the first time for a cleaning and exam. The staff was very friendly and informative. The dentist Dr. Wen is very patience, friendly , understanding and informative. Thanks for taking great care of my mom. I recommend if you looking for a dentist this one at Parkwood dental is highly recommend.
The hygienist was very good and thorough. She patiently explained the benefit of doing a deep clean and laser treatment to protect my gums and teeth. I had a crown that was loose, but when I went to the dentist to have it glued again, the tooth would not budge even though he gently tried to pry it off. The dentist said, “Well, call me if it comes off or becomes loose again. I do not want to force it off.”
