Parkwood Apartments; a word of warning for anyone in Salisbury who thinks this is a good cheap option. 1. Someone got shot in the complex across the street 2.there have been meth labs 3. People smoke pot in the hallways, leaving behind spit puddles, blunt guts and blunt wrappers. Perfect for your child to pick up and play with on your way in! 4.
