Claire is definitely the worse I’ve dealt with out of the places I’ve stayed. She seems to not want to deal with tenants. Like other posts say if you have any issues in the apartment it will be a while before it’s fixed. Claire’s excuse is that there aren’t many maintenance men, sounds like some should be hired so tenants aren’t suffering. Especially with the rent rates. Yeah it’s cheap compared to the rest of Salisbury but no one wants to pay $900/month for a ran down apartment
So unprofessional you have to wait for weeks to get anything fixed. The office never answers their phones. Even when u put work orders in half the time the office won't put them in.
