Just recently applied to a apartment yesterday and just went to try to talk to the landlord but no one is there everytime I go into the office no one in there just wanted to turn in some paperwork and speak to someone on the phone but no hardly answer the phone ether.
Typical apartment complex. Quiet, but no visitor parking.
Roaches!!!!! I just moved in on 01/10/2025 and I have had roaches every night. They stated they sprayed my apartment but that’s not addressing the issue since they continue to show up in my bedroom. I have not been comfortable to sleep in the place I am supposed to call home . Hopefully this review brings to their attention this issue that needs to be addressed immediately and not just glossed over. If nothing is done, legal action will have to be taken. I booked a tour on the apartment website, but when I arrived at the office, it was closed. After waiting for 1 hour and 20 minutes, nobody showed up. My email to the assistant manager went unanswered, and I have not received an apology or response.
