COMPLAINT: I ASKED A WATCHER HOW MY RECORDER AUDIO ON PHONE WORKED. SINCE HE WAS MAJORING IN TECHNOLOGY. SHORTLY AFTERWORD WHILE I WAS IN MY ROOM WITH LINDA. THE SECURITY AND NURSE CAME BY AND SAID YOU CANNOT RECORD. The nurse said we just wanted you to be aware rules. I said there is no recording going on to security and was getting ready to show him on phone and all of a sudden he said some supervisor, I asked for name didn’t give on. You will die here at the expense of the unhelpful and disrespectful healthcare employees. They do not care about anyone especially those elderly- as they will watch elderly individuals struggle to stand or get into a wheelchair and not assist or offer help. You will wait at least 8 hours here before being seen. You will be dismissed and disregarded by ALL of the front desk emergency room workers. Do yourself a favor and do not come here unless you want to spend 8+ hours and be spoke to like an idiot!

Checked into the ER around 4PM with chest pains. Waited four hours to have labs drawn to see if I had a heart issue. 7 hours and counting and I still haven't seen a doctor or received my results. Everyone here has been waiting for 6+ hours. Seniors crying from intense pain, injured children, ill patients sleeping in the hallway in between vomiting into bags. All waiting for several hours...
