Lisa Tharp's Thursday morning RPM class is the BEST! It's like a party on stationary bikes. The hour goes so fast and I always notice results afterwards. Her class rocks! :)

I love Parkwest. It’s a great facility. The staff is always friendly. They have incentives throughout the year so you have fun while staying in shape!
