I'm so glad I joined last summer. The welcoming positive support was much more than expected and classes fun where you made friends while doing your best without competition. I had the misfortune of having a surgery at the end of September. The owner Rachel Shook personally called in response to my asking if my membership could be suspended while I was home recovering. She suspended it and let me know she was concerned for me despite never meeting me. I'm so looking forward to returning to Parkwest Fitness in January!

Love working out at Parkwest. Staff is friendly. The trainers and staff are encouraging and supportive, regardless of your current health. Hopefully the new owners will continue to improve the facility, as the previous owner let the place fall apart. There are quite of things that are broken and the place stiil has some places that appear " rundown"
