Love this gym! 💜 My favorite group classes are TRX with Tekoa, CoreFit with Megan or Theresa, Turbokick/HIIT with Cindy, RPM with Theresa or Melissa and Pound with Nick & Crystal.
Parkwest is a great workout community! There is something for everyone! Nice, clean facility with great instructors!

I reviewed Parkwest a little over two years ago and my opinion hasn't changed. it's a great community at Parkwest and a great place to workout. I'm there pretty much everyday! That's a huge change from only once a week before Parkwest! The wonderful staff signs me in before I even walk thru the door!! I love all the Zumba classes and instructors. The management and staff at Parkwest continually work to improve the already quality facility and programs. The staff are awesome, always friendly, helpful and responsive to any requests. The class schedule is extensive and kept fresh and up to date. Kudos to the owners and staff for a great workout facility!!!
