The women at this office are amazing, from the front desk and registration to the procedure itself. They are so compassionate and caring, and they made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process.
Everything is great about this facility except for trying to make an appointment. They NEVER answer the phone. I left a message at 9 am, it is 3:30pm and they have yet to call me back.
The technician was very professional and accomplished. Her skill at mammography are outstanding. I am writing about the appearance and state of the office. I can hardly believe that a health care office is so dirty and worn out. The furniture is worn, has stains on the upholstery and numerous scratches on the wood furniture.
