RecommendedI have lived at Parkway Villas for 3 years now. The office staff is friendly and the property is kept clean. They do everything they can to ensure that the property is safe for residents. Every time I have an issue inside my apartment, they have taken care of it as quickly as possible.

This place is horrible I have lived here since 2013 and moved 2018.. Kids running around doing whatever destroying things. My daughter room flooded for a year or so then I end up with mold. They hire a painter to tell me its fungus and didnt want to see my test results on the mold. The people I did my test with called me to tell me the mold is due to water and that I shouldn't be in that same area due to toxic spores. Other people I talk to had same issue as well with flooding.
