Lawrence's (LJ) visit to numb and pull his child molar went very well. I asked him afterwards if he was afraid to go to the dentist now? He said no, not a all mom. That's something a mother enjoys hearing from her child. You guys were great for fitting him at the last minute yesterday - not to mention it's a holiday week (Thanksgiving) and I would have hated him to have a nice, pain free Thanksgiving meal. Being a walk-in one never knows what to expect. I was a returning patient who hasn't been to Parkway Smiles in over 8 year. Yet I was seen in least than 15 minutes after I arrived. Dr Thlick remembered me and my wife. Even remembered where I had moved to. She discussed my options for treatment. I picked the one that suited my long term needs. I felt comfortable the whole time I was there. Glad I when I choose Parkway Smiles

I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who is hesitant or has any anxiety about going to the dentist. They don't rush you. They listen to you & actually go at your pace. They explain every procedure so that there are no surprises. The staff are very friendly, professional, & gentle with their patients. They really care about you & your dental health. Don't put off the seeing dentist any longer as having clean teeth will equal many more healthy years for you.
I was suffering from a sinus infection and the entire staff made sure I was comfortable. Helen even called to see how I was feeling the next day.
I received excellent customer service and advice regarding my dental health.
