I will NEVER be going back here. That place has gone down hill since Dr. Hoffman retired. Unorganized and they say they text or call to confirm and appointment but thats a lie. I had appointments canceled on me a few times without my knowledge only to find out when I get there after driving from Venice.

I'd love to give the business a good review. I've been going there for years. But the current level of professionalism in the front office makes it impossible. My company switched insurance in September and in November, two months ahead of a scheduled cleaning, I took in my new card to get everything squared away. January 8 I went in for my cleaning and was hit, at the end of it, with an almost two hundred dollar bill. "Is this with my insurance?" I asked in shock. Excelent service from time you enter this office and leave. They are a team! Dr. Tosha Williams is so warm and friendly. Her amazing assistant, dental hygienists, receptionist and financial gal all work together as a team. No surprises on cost, this is discussed up front before services are rendered so everyone is on the same page. Insurances are accepted but don't always pay what you think they will. I have been looking for an office like this for five years. Thanks Dr. Williams and staff you are the best!

I was so impressed by the incredible staff they were nice caring tender and paid attention to my needs I couldn't have chosen a better place to go they will now be my dentist I want to thank everyone the doctor and the entire staff for the excellent service that I received you rock thank you so very much
