Lived there for a year with option to renew. Management is barely present and never returns calls. Paid my rent on time, if not early every month. When I moved, it took them 3 months to give me my security deposit back, even with letters and emails from regional and on site office saying they owed me. Had to hire a real estate lawyer to finally get refund. Renter beware
RecommendedThe price is right!! I don’t like the noise from my neighbors above us. The people in these apartments are very pleasant and quiet, no wild parties. We have lived here for 8 years and don’t plan on leaving🤓.
The Property Manager, Jennifer Seaton, Is extremely professional, efficient and organized. This place would not run correctly and would be a nightmare without her!!
I love my new Home at Parkway Place! Jennifer the apartment manager is the Best and a true Godsend! She even worked on her day off to get us moved in! Thank you so much Jennifer and Richman Properties! Y’all are the best!!
Jennifer Seaton the “property manager” does a lousy, shitty job. Her equipment never is working properly, she is rude to her tenants and is never available in her office during the posted office hours. Since I moved in we have had nothing but problems with our apartment, with proper communication. I do not recommend living here by any means. Loved everything about it minus the noisy people above me... Otherwise awesome!
The lighting in building 4 breezeway is burned out and needs to be replaced. & yesterday a tenant from wickham club apartments climbed over the wall, a second time a week ago.& still bike riding on the sidewalk.
