BEWARE! We contacted Reed to do our fence and fill our dirt in just a little over a year ago. He ripped us off on dirt, and contracted out Streamline Fence LLC to do our fence (we were unaware it wasn't his company installing the fence until we started having issues with it). We found out the "company" he contracted is a single man on thumbtack. Reed did not provide any information on the contractor, and will not fix the gate that is now sinking and breaking. Parkway Landscaping did a great job installing my sprinklers and lawn. Reed, the owner, stuck to the original price we negotiated even when they ended up having to do a costly and difficult hot install (installing the sprinkler main water line without being able to shut off the water supply of the incoming water). It also only took them 9 hours to do my little yard. Thanks Parkway Landscaping!
