I love living here, the location cannot be any better and the units are quite large. The staff from management, to maintenance, to front desk are friendly and go above and beyond. This building has over 200 apartments and it’s 75 years old- so the issues that do arise are normal for a building like this- I believe it’s priced accordingly. The staff is proactive and communicative as well.

As a Model Agency and model scout I honestly must say there pool area is amazing in the summer. Lots of attractive people.

A coworker of mine moved in here at the beginning of the summer and has only had nightmare stories to share. Leaks all over her ceiling (not a top floor apartment), bugs constantly, mice everywhere. Exterminators come in and then all the vermin come back within a week or two.
