RecommendedHenry the saleman wonderful guy sold us 2 escapes in a month 1 for the wife 1 for my daughter but I was very surprised that after buying 2 new cars in a month you still have to pay to get your tires rotated and balanced no t very happy about that at all

I did not buy my 2016 Ford Focus from them. I did from Jerry Hunt, but they have taken care of my car every single recall that has happened. The customer service in the service department is awesome!!
STAY AWAY …. I bought my car here it has been nothing but problems from the first I came to them with a pre-approved loan from a bank they messed around not sending in paperwork and lying about it. My last three cars were all fords, I love ford, but this is the type of place that turns you off to the brand. The maintenance the first time was fine but they charged me for maintenance when I purchased the car and are now trying to scam more money out of me.
