My experience was very pleasant. From the moment I checked in, until the time I left, the staff treated me with the utmost care, they were amazing. If you have a scheduled Endoscopy/Colonoscopy at this facility, rest easy, you will be in good hands.
One star because they are probably medically proficient at the procedure, but they insist on putting the IV needle into the thinnest skin on your knuckle. It was excruciatingly painful and of course she didn't get it on the first try. It's been three weeks since my colonoscopy, and my hand still hurts at that spot so I have nerve damage.
