My experience was fabulous from the moment I walked in the door and Fritz said "Hi Diana, Mary will be with you in a minute." to the booking of my next appointment when I left. It is so nice to be remembered and continuously asked if I'm doing ok throughout the exam and cleaning. Keep up the great work.
