THEY EVEN CONTACTED OUR INSURANCE CO., MOVED ALL OF OUR ITEMS FROM THE OLD CAR TO THE NEW ONE AND WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO ASSIST US, THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BEYOND. JOE EVEN HELPED IN SCHEDULING REPAIR OF OLD CAR. WORKED WITH THIS DEALERSHIP FOR OVER 10 YEARS AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO.

we had an appointment to take our jeep in to get a seal replaced that was leaking...what a nightmare!!!!! DO NOT use their service dept!!!! My husband took off work we took it out there at 8 AM by 1pm he text them to see if it was done when they told us they were going to keep it over night! they were replacing a seal and the back window that the rear defrost came lose on it, also checking for a noise in the steering wheel..They had done NOTHING TO IT ALL DAY!!! the next day they call and say they have to charge us $62 to ta... read more

My car was repaired at Dayton Andrews after a fender bender. The estimate was given to me on the spot. Once the other insured's company agreed that the liability was theirs, the car was promptly repaired. After a little snafu regarding payment, all was taken care of and the back bumper is like new. I would highly recommend Haasz Automall in Ravenna to all my friends and family.
