Our recent visit to Lia Chrysler, in Albany, was more than satisfactory. We were greeted and guided by Jared Potts. He reviewed our service record with us, checked for any recalls and really expedited the process. Jared was great to work with. We used the the express lane. It was incredibly fast. It truly was a great experience. There was no waiting time at all. The professional that worked on our Town and Country was also very friendly and helpful. We will not hesitate to bring our vehicle back again.

I was in the market for a used vehicle for my son. I found one at Sullivan's but it was the sale staff that made the difference. Very accommodating and friendly.
