Recently Christine Cosma recognized me when my son and I were at HAASZ getting service done on our 2015 Dodge Journey and 2013 Dodge Avenger and she started asking me if I was interested in looking at a new vehicle. Disappointed, had a simple problem with my Bluetooth dashboard feature due to hanging up and not clearing. Big O Dodge wanted to charge $600.00 to repair without a blink of an eye. In the meantime my car battery died and I purchased a new battery and installed it. After re-connecting new battery, the Bluetooth feature began working again as it should.. They should have known this as well in my opinion. I truly believe If they would have bothered to check car in its entirety before requesting payment they might have noticed .... read more
