RecommendedMy wife and I were traveling from out state on 8/31 headed to the Alamo and realized I needed an oil change. I called and they had a opening at 7:30 am got it in on time and received a freshly washed and serviced truck by 8:30. The dealership is very clean and everyone very friendly and they send a video of the safety inspection nice touch. We bought a vehicle from Carriage and after driving it off the lot found out the cruise didn’t work. They couldn’t find out what was wrong. Later, found out the speedometer was off. So we checked the tires. The vehicle had 2 different sized tires on the back and front of the vehicle!! Something that should have been on inspections. We put 4 new tires on the vehicle and guess what...cruise and speedometer works! Messaged the manager about our problem a month ago and no answer. We will NOT be going back.
