Worst Vet I have ever been to. The assistants are rude and not helpful and the front desk assistant is less than pleasant. Plus, it was 200+ for shots, which I just think is outrageous. Also tried to charge me 30+ for phenobarbital when I can get it at Walmart for $4.00. BEWARE!! Way over priced for the horrible service received.
Vet is nice, but the costs are way too high. $70 for a shot, including $35 for an office visit every time you go in. Told one thing on the phone about pricing and then another once we checked out. My dad had his sick 20+ yr old cat put to sleep and it was almost $100 and he took the cat home to bury it! Snarky checkout lady made us never want to go back. Pushy on selling special overpriced food. When you get by week to week you can't afford this vet or their special food and supplies they push.

Ken Smith is the vet at Parkway Animal Hospital now. I've been once and it was only for a vaccination but he was very gentle with my dog and watching him interact with other patients in the office he seemed to give everyone his full attention. The facility was clean, the girls in the office were nice and it will take a more advanced visit before I can elaborate more on Dr. Smith but he made a very favorable impression during this first visit and I'll certainly try him again.
