The receptionist & the caller lady is very rude & doesnt have any manners. She should be fired.
If you live on the 1st few floors, get ready for RATS (football sized rats), mold, and sewage smells. Yes, a million service tickets and calls were sent. No, nothing was ever done about it. I tell everyone if you can live through here, every living experience is an upgrade after it. Left a couple years ago and never looked back.
