If I could give this place 0 stars, I absolutely would. This has been one of the worst living experiences for me and my family. There is a serious pest problem, with mice (and possibly small rats) throughout the apartment. On top of that, there is mold everywhere — around the windows, inside the bathroom walls, and even spreading onto the shower curtain. There is also mold outside the unit, which shows how widespread and ignored the problem is. The apartment itself is in very poor condition and feels like it’s falling apart.... read more
Metcap's apartments are very nice and clean. Congratulations! But honestly, I don't know where these people studied property management and company policy. They knew absolutely nothing. Three months before my contract ended, I suggested reducing the price to $2350 because I was paying $2500, a difference of $150. They refused. Now they've listed the same apartment on their website for $2065 plus one month free, and they've already lost a month. They know nothing about the real estate market.
