Moved in here recently and can safely say I’d rather have been homeless. Staff are completely miserable and unhelpful, cockroaches in the apartment, constant noise from construction outside every single day and they also feel the need to shut the water off for several hours at least once a week. 1 star is more than this place deserves honestly Update: 6 months later and these problems are only getting worse. Very poorly managed building. The staff are rude and do not properly maintain or clean the property. Common areas are often dirty and not taken care of. Management needs to improve because this is one of the worst buildings on Danforth Road.

My experience at 1350 Danforth Road has been very disappointing. The building management is unprofessional and poorly organized. Residents’ concerns and maintenance requests are not handled seriously and are often delayed without proper explanation. The manager, Lily, in my personal experience, has not shown professionalism or responsibility when dealing with tenants’ issues. Communication is poor and problems are not resolved effectively.
