Very poorly managed building. The staff are rude and do not properly maintain or clean the property. Common areas are often dirty and not taken care of. Management needs to improve because this is one of the worst buildings on Danforth Road.

My experience at 1350 Danforth Road has been very disappointing. The building management is unprofessional and poorly organized. Residents’ concerns and maintenance requests are not handled seriously and are often delayed without proper explanation. The manager, Lily, in my personal experience, has not shown professionalism or responsibility when dealing with tenants’ issues. Communication is poor and problems are not resolved effectively. The worst manager I have ever encountered. Extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and very poor communication skills. Instead of helping tenants, she creates stress and unnecessary tension. A truly disappointing experience that makes you want to stay as far away from this building as possible.
