I have lived here for almost 2 months. The day we moved in, the apartment was filthy. I had to clean the apartment before we could move anything in. That cost me money because the movers I hired had to wait until I cleaned before they could start moving my things in. This was a huge inconvenience for me. This has been the worst placed to rent in my 28 yrs of life, im not exaggerating either.. the most unprofessional location. Try the apartments across the streets cos chances are you wont use the huge balcony.
Don't waste your time or money here. I've had a few costly items stolen off my car in the past few months and the management does nothing. They tell me security will drive around a few extra times to be safe yet, we don't have a security team onsite. No notices go out to inform the other tenants that any problems are occurring. the gates are frequently broke & tenants can be seen drinking whiskey from the bottle at 2pm. This place really went downhill, such a disappointment.
