This place is a joke! Poor management. So much noise from horrible kids playing and yelling by windows. So much noise you can't think. Useless projects that no one asks for adding to the noise. These apartments are basically polished up cheap garbage that falls apart! Counters are not even real just cheap glaze that peels off. Don't waste time and money here. It's not worth the high amount you have to pay to live here!
I honestly have to say I have to give this place one star because noise here is out of control. Parkview building 4 has kids screaming everyday. I get anxiety and headaches every day. Common areas you would think should be a quiet peaceful environment for residents to use, but it's basically a kids playground for kids to run all over yelling on top of their lungs. Full of roaches and the rent is way too high for what you get from these apartments, plus half the time everything is breaking down. They always charge your fees for the smallest inconvenience and the property managers are so rude.
This place is a joke. So many of the reviews do come in as 5 stars because they tell you to enter a $500 or rent free raffle if you leave a great review. That's BS. I've lived here for 2 years and had to get used to living on Mountain view with people all around you who smoke weed & cigarettes 247! We can't leave the windows open & if we turn on the AC the smoke comes in through the vents. Mind you, im a single mom with 4 kids and 2 who have savere asthma.
