Had a 3:30 appointment and was asked to come early. We were here by 3:00. It is now 5:04 pm, and the entire office building staff is leaving, but my uncle is STILL inside for his appointment. I came out here tp the car with my 2 year old around 4:15 because he was being a mean toddler. My uncle hadn't even been called back for his appointment yet! This is ABSOLUTELY unprofessional and RIDICULOUSLY uncalled for. This facility should be more courteous of their patients' time and lives. Next time I'll wait inside and let my ang... read more
