RecommendedMy 5 year old granddaughters both had outpatient surgery today. All of the staff was great. Rex really took the time to assure 2 nervous little girls about exactly what was going to happen and that he would be with them every step of the way to take care of them. Thank you so much. Long story short, Parkview missed a congenital heart defect and the Mayo Clinic caught it. After having my daughter and still having issues with my breathing and heart palpitations, I went to see my cardiologist Dr. Schleinkofer. He tried to tell me that the Mayo Clinic (one of the best hospitals in the country) was wrong and gave me an incorrect diagnosis. I went to Parkview Randalia ER the other night with Chest pain and was so impressed with this ER and it's staff. From the moment I walked in the door I was treated as though I was the most important person that was there.
I give Parkview staff 5 stars. I was there for 4 days and 3 nights and everyone was great. From the cleaning lady to the cafeteria person who took my order. The nurses, doctors, assistants and pt people were just outstanding. I want to list them and I hope I didn't miss any one: Emily, Sam, Becca, Megan, Mandy, Hayley, Zach, Emma and David. 5th floor last week of June.
