My daughter has been a patient since December 9th. She started out in ICU. She is now on a med surg floor. She's had 2 surgeries. Her care has been slow for most of the time. The nurses are understaffed. They do not staff according to acuity. They staff by the number of patients, regardless of the care they need. This has been a problem for years.
