Had my heart ablation and all the appointments leading up to it here. Doctors, nurses, and staff have been excellent. I would recommend the Heart Institute to anyone who needs it.
They were very friendly n helpful and took very good care of me. I was pleased with the care I was given

Great friendly staff and the doctor made sure to explain everything as well as write it all down as well. Room was clean and we felt comfortable
I don't know what the hiring process at Parkview is or how it's determined who is awarded the positions but I've been hospitalized there 3 times in the last 6 weeks and each time I've been so impressed with all the staff. They make a horrible personal incident into an enjoyable event. They are actually people that would make great friends outside of the hospital environment also. Great job in my opinion!
I think that they're fall risk assessment is very stupid they had me listed as a forest and that was just ridiculous!!! I think they need to assess each patient case-by-case to see who is a real fall risk!!! The next time I need to come to an emergency room it sure won't be Parkview, just in case I have to be admitted to the hospital I will never stay at Parkview hospital again.
