There’s no reason to set up permanent hallway ER beds. And when a room becomes available, new patients are brought into the rooms, instead of bringing the hallway patients in! Lack of privacy and having to change in the restroom is disgusting. No excuses, period! See attached photos and keep this in mind when choosing an ER.

Parkview Bryan walk-in clinic is the worst experience. Turned my one year old daughter away after being told to come back in if she did not improve. Didn’t even look at her. We have health insurance. Just go anywhere but Bryan.

Most of the staff is genuinely caring. I do have a complaint. This is the 2nd time I've been here for labs and had an issue with the folks in registration. They don't even come out from behind their desks to call the next patient. Evidently they don't realize not everyone can hear well. I think it is extremely poor service for them to sit in their cubicle, behind a desk and call out names. THEY SHOULD GET UP AND AT THE VERY LEAST, STEP TO THE DOOR OF THEIR CUBICLE TO CALL OUT THE NAME. We are sitting across the aisle in the ... read more

My 5 year old granddaughters both had outpatient surgery today. All of the staff was great. Rex really took the time to assure 2 nervous little girls about exactly what was going to happen and that he would be with them every step of the way to take care of them. Thank you so much. Their post-op nurse, Randi, was super fantastic! She was so patient with the girls. If she heard one of them cry she came right in with a heated towel, because that soothed them. She was amazing! There was nothing she wouldn't do to care for and c... read more

visit 1: My son got a staph infection from the ED which caused him to be in the hospital for a lot longer than why we originally went to the hospital. visit 2: there is no reason at all for is to have been admitted. His home meds were due at 9am....3am, still have not been reviewed. My son would have had better care at home.
