I went blind and went to Parkview Regional Medical Center (the new one). It was over a long weekend. Going blind is serious, I had no choice, but to go to the ER. So, while I literally am going blind, the first thing they had me do was a drug test, seriously? I was SO sick, I'm highly educated, I don't do drugs, I needed help--desperately. Witnessed the poor decay of our healthcare system and hospitals and the lack of training of said healthcare workers today first hand! Hope I die in the ambulance on my way there! It's no wonder our insurance sucks when it's easier to make a patient wait 24 hours than inconvenience a DAMN doctor!

The one in Huntington is a joke. They would rather stand around and talk over take care of the patients. They like to forget about the patients even though they claim to be busy when they are not. They also seem to want to be rough with an area that is injured.
