RecommendedI really like Parkview Family Eye Center because the staff is friendly and helpful. The vision testing techniques are state-of-the-art and most of the time, dilation is not required. I really like Dr. Mikula. She is friendly and thorough, and always answers my questions and addresses any concerns I have. The optical staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The ladies always help me pick flattering frames that work well with my prescription and help me get the best deal and work with my insurance. Very highly recommended!
Dr. Stauter is wonderful but they need to fix the incompetent sack of crap that is their front desk staff. I’ve encountered multiple problems from mailing contacts late to poor customer service. Fix the administrative staff.
