The apartments management moves new residents in filthy apartments. The maintenance don't complete a walk through when old residents move out, before new resident move in. They literally moved new residents in filthy units. Maintenance will come into the apartments when residents are not at home, although residents checked the repair order for maintenance to make an appointment before coming into residents apartment. ***UPDATE*** GOING ON MY 5TH YEAR LIVING HERE!! Below is my original review... I would not change one single word!! The best thing about living at Parkview Place Apartments is the Landlord. I know right! Speaking from past experience nothing is more terrible than coming home from a hard day’s work and having to deal with Darth Vader for a landlord. I love living in this building. The building management is great, every issue I've had has been directly addressed and resolved. The kitchen is large, the living room is large. The bedrooms are perfect size for a queen or king size bed.
Apartment is super cute and a pet friendly building. The apartment manager cares and is readily available to help as needed. There should be a star added just for her. Great community of people.
They accepted my dog application and now months later I'm being forced to get rid of him or be evicted
