I have lived in this building for over five years, and until January of this year, when Michelle left following the management transition—my experience here was consistently positive. Michelle was an outstanding property manager. She was responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about residents. If there was an issue, she addressed it quickly and made people feel supported. I have lived here for 3 years and I love the property and the manager, Michele is always there and will help youu if in anyway that she can. The property is clean and safe.
The apartment is safe and secure. It definitely feels like home. The apartment is very nice. If there is any issue maintenance is on top of it. The property manager Michele is absolutely amazing!!! I couldn’t ask for a better property or a better property manager.💕
We currently live here and love the complex. Rent is fair and close enough to downtown for us
