The complex is quiet and has a live-in manager. The manager does a great job coordinating everything at the building and making sure any concerns are addressed. About once a month the water shut off for a few hours, because of plumbing repairs. These happen about every month because the plumbing is older. I personally have had very minimal problems with the plumbing. Usually only a minor clog that is addressed very quickly. The location is ideal if you want to be by the park.
