WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. We waited 45 minutes and didn't even have our drinks served to us! We had a movie to catch so we asked out waiter if we would have our food within the next twenty minutes and he said he didn't know. He never came to our table to apologize about the wait or ever update us. It was not a busy night at all. After waiting 50 minutes without any information we ended up walking out. We will never eat there again.

If you are going to splurge on food this is NOT the place to do it. We went here on a Friday evening 5:30 and were seated right away. Our waitress was prompt and kind but the food was horrible. We both ordered steaks, a side salad and fries. Our salads were swimming in so much dressing we couldn’t eat the majority of them. Our steaks came out, one extremely raw and the other over cooked, both completely crisp and blacked to the point of burned on the outside. The Mac and cheese was the best I’ve had from a restaurant. The southern chicken was super moist and had amazing breading. Friend deviled eggs were great, and the cheese cake was excellent, it didn’t stick to your mouth and tasted great. Our server, Dallus, was wonderful and the kitchen got us our food pretty quick.

I have eaten at ParkStone many many times and have always been very pleased. I have always stuck to the same few menu items....Tri Tip, Tacos, corn on the cob, burgers. Today at lunch I decided to head another direction. I added the Lettuce Wedge. Best dang lettuce wedge I’ve ever had! I have added another menu item to my ‘norms’ at ParkStone. Great service today, fast, clean, and a visit from the manager to make sure we were being taken care of Ok. I’m thinking about heading down for dinner just so I can have another wedge!

We went on a Friday night, and they were super busy we were getting pretty frustrated because of the wait, but we were so glad we had waited! The service was great, the food was amazing!! I would totally recommend this place!
