I love love love living here! Kim, property manager, is very knowledgeable, kind, patient in answering questions & helpful! My neighbors are friendly, kind & helpful. The building & property is very well maintained. I love my apartment, just perfect for Harley & myself. This feels like home! I highly recommend checking Parkside Village Apartments out!
All though we have only been here a short time my wife and I are very happy here. I can’t say enough about how helpful Kim the Property Manager has been in working with us. Kim goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed here at Parkside. The residents that I have met here so far are very friendly.

My late grandmother was only here for a month before her passing, landlord seemed to only care for the money. Charged two months rent after she was already out of the apartment and deceased (my family and I cleared the place out just a day after she was pronounced dead because we didn’t want to be a burden on the apartment or landlord for the very reason I’m writing this). We visited Parkside Village about 4 weeks ago. It is a charming senior living place to live. Property Manager very nice to help you with everything you need to know about this very nice curtailed to seniors living establishment.
