Incase you're short on time I'll get to the point if you are looking for a friendly well maintained safe place to rent for storage this is not the place I suggest to the people reading my review to go to STOR-N-LOCK self storage located at 375 Chapel Lane in Colorado Springs and its close to this place only a couple miles up the road west of the Freeway on Woodman.... We had an issue with our door being messed up and they let us know right away so we could check it out. Very helpful.
Wonderful employee great attitude
Parkside was acquired by FreeUp Storage recently. First couple of times in, service was great. Problem is, you can't talk with anyone locally when you call. Phone calls are automated. Unless you stop in, but then there's not always someone there to help you. I'm trying to find out why I'm being charged monthly for insurance when I produced proof of insurance coverage. No one responds to calls, no one is there to help. Wouldn't recommend rental here or new ownership. It shouldn't be this difficult to get a callback from this ... read more
