The people are nice and that’s why it’s not one star, but I rarely ever see a dr within an hour of my appointment time. It’s frustrating to make an appointment, take time off of school for my child and work for me only for the location to completely disrespect our time and there seems to be no attempt to see people close to their appointment times. I wouldn’t mind a one off, but it’s consistent

Parkside Pediatrics on Batesville has the most amazing team! Went in today for the flu clinic and both of my kids go bonkers when getting shots. Like MMA fighters. The staff helped hold them down and administered the shots so quickly, neither of the kids realized that they had already gotten the shot. Shout out to the real MVPs who do this all day long. My nerves were shot, they were the real pros! Thank you!!!

I was very impressed at the level of care at this location. Doctor Matthew Jones was very patient, friendly and communicated well with my 14 year old son. We were the the last appointment of the day and we were not rushed at all and stayed a bit past hours. Highly recommend this office and Dr Jones!
