I had the best experience there. I am a big chicken when comes to the Dentist and I have a big fear of it. Had a bad experience as a kid. But I would highly recommend them very friendly and great staff.

Over the last couple of months I have had extensive work done on my teeth. I did not know anyone that had used Dr. Garlitz but I decided to give him a try. From the first time I met Dr. Garlitz and his team I was pleased. Everyone there is like family and want to make your experience comfortable. They answered all my questions in a manner that I understood. They explained what they were going to do before they did it. I would recommend Dr. Garlitz and his team to anyone needing dental work done. I trust them and to me that is important especially in the medical field.

Dr. Garlitz and his staff are knowledgeable, caring and very professional. My three kids and I have been patients since he opened his office many years ago and we have had a positive experience every time. In fact, my kids love going to the dentist! So many issues!!! Beware!! Horrible customer service! Scheduling errors etc. Front office lady has an attitude and doesn’t need to be working with people! Bill was higher than quoted by several hundred dollars the first time after being convinced some old fillings needed replacing. Straw that broke the camels back was after just a year one of those replaced fillings broke and they wanted to charge us again. We can just guess with trying to support 2 offices the business must be financially hurting and that’s why they don’t stand behind their work. We used more than once to give them the benifit of the doubt. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS DENTIST. Find another that gives good customer service and values their clients business. Check google and yelp reviews before booking. I wish we had!

We moved to SC 5 years ago and Dr. Garlitz and staff have taken excellent care of my family including my parents. He is fantastic at routine dental care, taken care of multiple dental emergencies for our two wild boys, and quickly scheduled my husband for multiple issues. Dr. Garlitz is warm, personable, and knowledgeable. The technology in his office is fantastic!!! We couldn’t be more appreciative of the experience, expertise, and expense. Highly recommend!
