Dr. Garlitz and his staff are knowledgeable, caring and very professional. My three kids and I have been patients since he opened his office many years ago and we have had a positive experience every time. In fact, my kids love going to the dentist! So many issues!!! Beware!! Horrible customer service! Scheduling errors etc. Front office lady has an attitude and doesn’t need to be working with people! Bill was higher than quoted by several hundred dollars the first time after being convinced some old fillings needed replacing. Straw that broke the camels back was after just a year one of those replaced fillings broke and they wanted to charge us again. We moved to SC 5 years ago and Dr. Garlitz and staff have taken excellent care of my family including my parents. He is fantastic at routine dental care, taken care of multiple dental emergencies for our two wild boys, and quickly scheduled my husband for multiple issues. Dr. Garlitz is warm, personable, and knowledgeable. The technology in his office is fantastic!!! We couldn’t be more appreciative of the experience, expertise, and expense. Highly recommend!
