The office staff simply doesn’t care about any issues you bring to them. They’re uninviting and unsympathetic. I had several issues with neighbors who behaved violently and extremely loudly and who had multiple parties that raged past 4 AM. The walls are paper thin, the apartments are cheaply constructed, and the cost of rent plus every single utility, even water, and parking is astronomical. So not worth it for the headache and discomfort of living here
I moved here in May and I have never been more happy than I am now. This apartment community has everything I wanted and more! The staff is very friendly, and accommodating as well as professional. They even had a Christmas party, taco Tuesday and cupcakes on Halloween. I often compare my apartment to a hotel suite and I am never leaving!
The units are roomy (although as they're renovated, you're loosing a lot of sound insulation between the floors.) The concierge team is amazing. There are many units and they seem to know everyone's name. The maintenance staff is on top of everything too. First time in almost 40 years of living in an apartment - no regrets.
It is an amazing building, the staff is super friendly. Very close to a bus stop which takes you to a train station. The pool is a little shallow for my tastes but is very function during the summer to cool you off! Only drawback is that the walls are super thin. You can hear people from down the hall and next door and someone vacuuming at 12 am.
The amenities are really nice, big gym new grills and fire pit area. A lot of people use them which can be tough to get them when you want but its a fairly big complex. Nice apartments. recommend going with the renovated ones.
