It is a shame how our own people try & bring a young woman down! I’ve lived here since the building opened and the property manager has handled every problem fast and well! She is consistent with all of us we do something wrong we suffer the consequences of what we did I read some of these negative reviews & I must say I know who some of these folks are and it is absolutely disgusting that you all come on here and do this to this woman, Karma and jealousy is very real Shame on all of you! I relocated here and had the blessed meeting with Mrs. Layla Reed while applying, things have always been good for me handicapped 71 years old and feeling safe and respectful at all times, love where God has placed me, she is amazing, hopefully she will always be here. Moved in 2023. First tenants with keys. Was really nice, pleasant. Over the couple of years, they've had some issues, people stealing tvs from common areas, tenants allowing their family to come and go, sleeping in the entertainment room meant for tenants, people smoking weed and their cigarettes by the doors folks use to come in and out of the building, teenagers hanging out after dark in the parking lot. Just re-signed my lease for a second year. Love my apartment and the fact that the manager, Ms. Reed and the maintenance man, Luis, are always on top of things and very helpful. There was an issue with the HVAC system in my apartment and it was addressed and resolved without hesitation. Thank you Ms. Reed and Luis for taking such good care of this building and it's tenants.
