Tried to reach management and had to deal with AI responding via email and no answer on the phone for several days. I’ve had a really positive experience living here, Katherine and Jasmin in the leasing office have been incredibly kind and helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. They always make me feel welcome and valued as a resident. Also wanting to give a huge thank you to Levi in maintenance.
