Don’t tour with this place. The lady is rude at the front. Just save your time. My experience was horrible. You talk to an AI bot the entire time.
Drove 30 minutes for a scheduled apartment tour and found out upon arrival that they had closed their leasing office for the day. Once I finally got ahold of someone they said they sent out a message informing all future residents about the closure which I obviously never got. Complex looked decent and I was really excited about this place but can’t look past the red flags.
Living here has been wonderful. With Katherine at the front desk all of my questions and help was respond immediately and the maintenance team is incredibly prompt. The management staff makes the community feel safe and welcomed.
I was planning to apply here with a cosigner, which the AI chat bot on their website said they allow. Filled out the application and there was no option for a cosigner. Tried to reach management and had to deal with AI responding via email and no answer on the phone for several days. Finally talked to Katherine and she said to fill it out anyway and she could just escalate it to her higher ups. I’ve had a really positive experience living here, Katherine and Jasmin in the leasing office have been incredibly kind and helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. They always make me feel welcome and valued as a resident. Also wanting to give a huge thank you to Levi in maintenance. He’s been prompt, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about making sure things are taken care of the right way.
