No Service This complex is run down and the staff is full of liars! I'm not sure what it is, but there the office staff will tell you one thing and then say they didn't say anything of the sort... Maintennance is never done or is forgetten; these guys always drop the ball or do their jobs half way to save a dollar. They will literally do as little as possible.
