Service Dept doesn't return calls. Doesn't discuss charges in advance. I was on the phone with them before the car had to be towed over and they didn't mention a charge. Called after it arrived. Nothing. Called to find out diagnosis (more cost than car is worth) and nothing said about a charge. I've spoken with people twice about having car picked up. Nothing. Me and my husband worked with Norei Mesa and she was soooo wonderful. We went on Saturday and they stayed after hours to make sure we got approved! She's so sweet and the staff is just amazing all together. Our new vehicle is perfect for our little family!
Just purchased a Ford Escape from Four Seasons, had a good experience, Chris was my salesperson and took extra time to explain all the options and how to use them, if there was one little fault was the car when I picked it up didn’t have a full tank of gas,which is not normal, nut just a know fault. Would recommend
From the first step into the showroom, everyone spoke to me & my husband & wanted to help us in any way they could. I had been advised by a very nice gentleman, Tim, that my appointment would be with Wally. I met Wally very quickly, & he couldn't have been more knowledgeable about anything we asked him. I fell in love with the gorgeous Ford Edge on the showroom floor. I never dreamed that I would actually own that Edge....but thanks to all the gracious employees at Four Seasons Ford, I drove it home the next day!!
Horrible service department on a number of issues. Wanted 1000.00 to replace speedometer. said I needed new shifter for 500.00 part. Another mechanic prob wasn't even shifter for 250.00 total. They didn't have a clue why radio was draining battery. on and on
I was very sorry to learn that social distancing and or masks are not recommended at this dealership. I bought my car here because it was local. I am very sorry that I made this mistake . You cannot make an appt for oil changes . I expected to receive care for local service. I could have bought on Asheville. I was born in N C and have always been proud of my roots as my family has been here since the 1600s . This certainly is not the southern way to treat people .
The experience here cannot be topped! Our salesman was Drew and he made the experience an absolute blast! We were introduced to everyone throughout the dealership and from the service department all the way to the owner were a bunch of wonderful friendly people that I wish I could remember their names. 110% recommended this place.
