Bought a 3500 big country dually 2016. Got home and found out that the bed was being held together by bungy cords 8 to be exact?? So I called and parks Chevy said they would fix the problem. So I got a 2500 2017 Silverado black out and sweet well they said they did there inspection found nothing I get the truck home and check engine lights comes on. Called parks they said take it to a dealership and get it fixed? Turns out it was a plug that had gone bad and it needed to be replaced and recalibrated to the computer!! Cost me... read more

If I could give this place NEGATIVE star ratings, I would. First off on July 24th my husband and I started the process of looking for another vehicle, which would be dependable enough to add another vehicle to one we already own. During our vehicle search, we were only looking for BMWS, particularly 5-7 series, which are roomier to accomodate our family of 4. On March 15th, 2021 I started communicating with Parks Chevrolet, Kernersville about a 2017 Equinox. On March 16th they text to say they had financing. I went in Wednesday, the 17th. After being there for an hour the salesman tells me it's not the car I was after, it was a 2020 Trax. New, warranty.. I thought great.. but asked how did they get financing for this car. I emailed salesman Carmen S****** about a 2014 Chevy truck for sale. She was “supposed to get me pictures out first thing Monday as I was a cash buyer a state away. Needless to say she didn’t do what she said and I waited all day and at 4pm she said the truck was sold that morning. Now a good salesman would have pulled the keys first thing when they arrived and held the truck until I’ve made a decision based on if the pictures looked good I was going to buy it. But she’s not a good salesman be aware if she’s your salesman!

To whom it may concern, I am writing this regarding our recent experience at Parks Chevrolet in Kernersville. Here is the sequence of events as we recall them. 11/9/19- My wife and I stopped to look at possible trucks to buy to pull a camper when we retire. We spoke to the salesman and test drove a truck. I just wanted to share my experience so no one else had to go through the lies I have for three weeks. First, I have tried to buy a demo for three weeks from Parks Chevrolet in Kernersville. I was told it was for sale multiple times and when I tried to purchase they told me it wasn't. This vehicle has stayed on the website for three weeks now and I feel this stays on their website to attract buyers in so they can sell another vehicle at full price. Parks Chevrolet is advertising a brand new 2019 SS Camaro for $31,866.00 with no disclaimers, qualifiers or conditions. When I inquired about this car the selling price went to $37,000.00. Turned out to be nothing more than a classic bait and switch scam. They have no intention of selling this car at the advertised price. Their only desire is to get you inside their dealership for the up sell or switch. This is a horrible way to do business. My alert - stay away from this place.
