Horrible experience! Negotiated a deal for a car equal to or better than what I traded in. Was promised a specific payment. They rushed me in and out, without even driving the car. Didn't give me my paperwork. The car was missing features that my other car had and the payment was over $70 more than I was told and then the paperwork I signed. Parks Chevrolet Kernersville, NC is a joke! We are highly disappointed with Parks Chevrolet and will not use their services again. This is the 3rd time now that we have been misquoted service prices for that THEY recommend when the vehicle was there for an oil change or other service. While the previous 2 misquotes were not horrible, this most recent experience was a GROSS misquote. Kevin J****** (the service director here at Parks Chevrolet Kernersville) has spoken to this customer and offered to pay for the originally quoted price to complete the services. The customer said she would discuss with her husband
terrible service, charging $6000.00 for a wiring harness and I witnessed the actions by the service department. Unbelievable. owner had extended warranty, couldn't get a rental car or any help on repairs with extended warranty, bumper to bumper. If you are buying from Parks Chevrolet, your service will not be satisfactory. If you expect extended coverage, forget it, better get an attorney.
I purchased a 2012 Silvervaro for $27k which they tacked on another $10k which I have to try to bring down but this has been a nightmare trying to even get someone to return my call. I've not heard anything from the dealer nor the sales person since the day of purchase about three weeks. This business is definitely full of scams . This single mother of now 7 was definitely scammed big time. On January 13, 2023, at approximately 09:35 hours, I purchased a crimson met 2023 Chevrolet Trailblazer from Parks Chevrolet Kernersville at 615 NC-66, Kernersville, NC 27284. It is now April 4, 2023 and Parks Chevy has not mailed me my official NC tags. I have been driving around with expired 30 day temporary tags this entire time. Parks also took over 30 days to pay off my trade in vehicle which then negatively affected my credit score by 63 points. They are refusing to dispute my credit score with Capital One. The worst buying experience I have ever dealt with. From the first impression of the salesman saying I was “slack” for not showing up and I was standing right behind him 10 minutes before my appointment at 3. The vehicle was a disaster on first inspection and was lied to by the salesman and a manager because the two passenger side tires were flat.
