I called the store to ask about purchasing paint for my car the guy got the details and told me they could make it but it would have to be paid for to be able to pick it up . I drove an hour the Charleston from Walterboro over an hour and had them constantly checking to time and telling me they couldn’t make a basic red and that they wouldn’t have it for over two weeks. Think seriously before getting your paint from here Amazon is more reliable than these people

I am writing to express my concern regarding an issue with a missing product and the customer service I received at your Remount Road location. Over a month ago, I visited your store to purchase paint for one of our work trucks. A very helpful associate assisted me and provided all the items I needed for the project. Went up there to get another can mixed with a paint color they got as close as they could for my old truck im just trying to clean up. Dude didnt even try to look it up and see if they still had it the code, was zero help just wanted to look at his phone and for me to go away. If dude would have asked I would have said I'm not looking for perfection. Ended up getting a color at Lowes that is almost an exact match so thanks Parks, you saved me 40 bucks since your cans were crazy expensive the first time.
