Excellant knowledge and customer service. Very fair prices. I'll keep going there.
Not very knowledgeable staff even with the computer. I trusted them to provide the right bulb, I don't know the difference and that didn't happen... twice. I went in for a low beam bulb. I was sold a high beam and the wrong one. I went back to exchange. Again I said low beam and add a second one. I was sold 2 high beam. Had they provided the right bulb, the 3 hour ordeal I encountered never would have happened. It was tough enough getting to the bulb let alone pulling it out to find what I was sold was wrong. Just left there today and boy do they move like molasses. Don't have any care in the world! This is not the first time. Please for the love of GOD put people who love what the do! This parts store here! is not working!
